Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between the guest (“Buyer”) and Foleya Mountain Resort (“Seller”) for accommodation and related services purchased through our website or authorized online channels.

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of accommodation and/or package services offered by the Seller, including the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations on distance contracts.
3. Service Information
Service type, dates, number of guests, total price, payment method and cancellation conditions are displayed on the reservation screen and confirmation e-mail before payment is completed.
4. Payment
The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount shown at checkout. The reservation is confirmed after successful payment or approved pre-authorization, depending on the selected payment method.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For accommodation services tied to a specific date, the right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable consumer legislation. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the rate plan and cancellation policy displayed during booking.
6. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation deadlines and penalties are stated in the booking summary.
- No-shows may be charged according to the selected rate conditions.
- Change requests are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
7. Seller Obligations
The Seller undertakes to provide the reserved services in accordance with the confirmed reservation details and applicable quality standards.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, official restrictions, infrastructure failures, etc.), subject to applicable law.
9. Disputes
Consumer disputes shall be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within monetary limits set by applicable Turkish legislation.
